About the Role

We’re looking for an Upwork Business Developer to help us find and win them. You’ll find the right jobs, write proposals that get noticed and answered, and grow into a bigger role as results come in.

What You'll Do

• Find Upwork jobs that fit our skills, budget and client standards
• Write tailored, high-quality proposals
• Follow up on views, replies and invites
• Track your results and keep improving them

What We're Looking For

• Proven Upwork bidding experience, with stats you can show
• Contracts won in tech, AI, software or services
• Strong written English and the ability to quickly understand technical briefs
• A real interest in the AI and software space
